Slow powerful heat
Oh my goodness, this hot honey caught me by surprise. Someone gave me a jar as a gift, and it wasn’t expecting anything remarkable, but it’s so good. It does bring some heat, not like biting a habanero, but real sweet heat. Lovely with charcuterie or to spice up an herbal tea. I’m coming back for more.
