Seems to run small
I’ve worn this style and same size for a few years. My most recent pair fits too snug to even get on. I ordered next half size up and still couldn't get it on. Ended up having to get a refund.

Echelon 8 Overall A Good Choice
The shoes fit well, and are extremely comfortable. I am not a runner and use the shoes for walking. My only issue is the heel is unstructured, so that when the shoe is put on, the heel does not stay up. You have to put your fingers on the inside, and pull it up. I’ve never had a pair of shoes that I had to do that with, and it’s mildly irritating.

Great for Orthotics
I have been buying the Echelon since version 7. I have plastic orthotics for pronation. The combination of the support in these shoes plus my orthotics makes it possible for me to walk without pain. Please do not change the design!

Not soft like other Saucony running shoes.
I usually buy 8.5, but the shoe size was larger than the other models, so it was too big for me. Not as pillow like as the other models that say "Power Run" and it felt rough around my ankles. Not comfy.
