Satin Wrap Shirt

Ive never bought anything from this brand and there were no reviews for this shirt so I was a bit hesitant - bc i really rely on nordstrom reviews for my purchases. This shirt is lovely. It has a silky feel but its not one of those satiny pajama shirt type. its a thick silky fabric. it drapes beautifully and has a bit of weight to it. I was worried that the front collar might be too wide for my small frame but its not, the proportional is nice. my favorite part is - the front does gather like it shows on the photo (so i don't have to tuck it in - which i never like) and then the back has a little more length(not too much, maybe like 2-ish inches), which i love bc i hate things that show the back side too much. the front also has a little button, its still a tiny bit too low for me, but Im teeny tiny so - i think the V might be fine for most people. The sleeve is a bit long on me, but again Im 5 feet - so it might just be my proportion, it might be perfect for the taller ladies. One more thing - i was worried that it might be too satiny shiny looking - but it is not. it has a little bit of sheen but definitely not shiny, Im super happy about this shirt. first time purchasing this brand and I will be looking out and see what else they have! sizing wise - I usually get XXS or XS but the smallest they had was a XS and it was a little big on me but I love it so much im keeping it and will make it work.

This blouse looks like it is pretty on the website. I ordered a Medium because I am usually a medium or large if it is a snug fitting top. The medium was huge! The crossover was too low, the arms too long and the shoulders too wide. The packaging was terrible. The blouse was folded into a clear plastic bag and then it was sent via another plastic bag for delivery. When I opened the first bag, I found the blouse rolled up into a messy ball. Once removed it was, not surprisingly, terribly wrinkled! I returned it to a nearby Nordstrom store. No problem getting a credit but the customer service man could have cared less about the poor packaging! What has happened to Nordstrom’s once amazing customer care and service?
