disgraceful packing and delivery

I just received this blazer packed like was a fast fashion tshirt. This is pretty disgraceful when spending close to 1k. From now on I will purchasing designer items at other retailers.

gorgeous but shameful packaging

Came folded in a tiny plastic bag wrinkled and had to be steamed out. Not how I expect a 4 figure jacket
