Shoe runs large
I purchased these in my normal size 6 but walked out of them in the first step. I am trying 1/2 and a full size down. I love the shoe. Very versatile.

Who is approving these ?
I wear heels nearly every day... and I’m used to not wearing the most comfortable shoes, but I’ve got to say- I’m totally disturbed by whoever is signing off on these as wearable. They fit perfectly but they’re like a foot torture chamber. The leather is SO stiff and ridged on both the heel as well as the toe line that i have to walk flat footed in them to not wince. So disappointing. They’re cute but i can’t take more than 5 steps in them. You’d think brands that charge this much for shoes would put just a LITTLE bit of effort into making them wearable. :(

Comfortable pump

Please standardize your sizing, Franco Sarto!
Gorgeous shoe. Classy, sophisticated. Unfortunately, Franco Sarto hasn't standardized its sizing. I have worn this brand for over a decade due to quality and reliable fit. These punps were too short and very tight. I'm disappointed, and will probably not purchase another Franco product online. Reliability is key!
