What it is: Paired with the warmth of clove adn sweetness of cinnamon, sandalwood offers a dry, woody aroma, which then leands to earthy, spicy notes as the stick burns out.
What it does: The incense sticks are composed of 100% incense, with a square profile and no bamboo core. Enclosed in the carton is a small disc of Kanuma pumice, which serves as a simple mount for a single incense stick.

Heavenly
This has now replaced all candles and diffusers we had. This is all we need. It’s just perfect. It’s smoky yet light and floral at the same time. They’re shorter than average sticks but you don’t need much for it to make a huge impact. Yes there are cheaper ways to scent your home but I’m no longer a fan of anything permanently being pumped into the air so incense, this one in particular, is perfect.

Disappointed
I love aesop and wanted my house to smell like it. Dissapointed with these as the scent did not last and the burn time was also disappointing. I have other brands that I burn which are a lot cheaper and last longer and the smell is better.
For the price I expected better!

5 stars rating is not enough
This is simply a heavenly incense . It’s luxurious, it’s expensive, it’s woody, it’s oriental, it’s like Taj Mahal in your living room. Absolutely love this incense and I will definitely be buying more . It’s Aesop’s signature incense they use it in their shops too.

Amazing
I've tried all the Aesop incenses and I love them all. The smells are complex and not too heady, which I greatly appreciate. They burn quite quickly but I usually break the incense sticks into smaller parts, and there's definitely enough fragrance to fill a bathroom (where I use it primarily).

Masculine smell
I bought these to get rid of the damp smell from my conservatory being closed up over winter. They don’t burn for as long as they’re supposed to, maybe 20 mins but the scent that’s left behind is a woody more masculine smell and the scent lasted for a few hours. You do get a lot of sticks so I guess they’d last a while.

Great smelling incense!
These are the first incenses I’ve purchased, they really do make the room smell good! I love that the smell lasts ages. I wish the cinnamon scent in the incense was a bit stronger but other than that it’s quite Smokey/musky which is enjoy, maybe a more masculine scent which I’m not used to be I like it!
