The low rating is for Nordstrom
I loved the dress. It fit well and very flattering. But this dress was clearly returned from someone else. It had a pull on it which I was able to pull thru to the inside and it had makeup all over the front. It looks like someone tried it on, got their makeup on it and returned. So Nordstrom, what happened to your great service and quality control? It’s not
Like the person who received it back would not have noticed the makeup. Unfortunately no more 4s avail so took to dry cleaner to see if they could address it. If not will return. It felt like I paid a lot of money for a used dress.
