it works!
You guys.... this is crazy. So when a product claims to smooth and plump lips, I usually am a sucker to try but never with high hopes. I've tried a lot. This one finally does what it promises to do!! When you first apply it gives a blur effect, after several minutes , maybe 5 or so it noticeably plumps the lips- won't feel a tingling effect at all so when I looked in the mirror I was shocked to see real results! Long story short, give it a try. Very impressed so far. Will repurchase again and again.

This Is A DECENT primer..fills In Some Lip lines, It does not Pill When you apply product on top of it....
The negatives : no visible plumping
Very difficult to use...the doe foot applicator picks up nothing, it takes work to get any product out...
I'm wondering if it's dried out ????

It's just ok
I've had this for 6 months now. And I can't say it changes my lip anyway, except it gives my lips a slip. The product is chucky and the wand doesn't seem to grab much product. You almost have to scrap the tube with the wand.
And I can't tell if it really changes the wear of my lipstick. It just seems like a nice lip balm, and will not repurchase.

This is a wonderful product, it really hydrates your lips. It is also wonderful under drying lipsticks, would highly recommend!

Strange product
This is an odd lip product. Not much comes out on the wand and it's a bit clumpy, not unlike wall spackle. I sort of shoved it around my lips and, like wall spackle, it seemed to fill the cracks and then my lipstick sort of slicked over it. Later, it made the inside of my lips pucker. Maybe I was allergic to something in it. At any rate, my search for the perfect plumper continues like the search for the Holy Grail. Beginning to think it doesn't exist.

LOVE
I love this stuff. Leaves a nice matte finish on any lipstick/gloss or is an adorable finish on natural lips! Don't really notice any 'plumping' effects, but the airbrush aspect is pretty great!
