Santal 33 Perfuming Hand Cream

Bought as a gift, arrived with dents and in horrible shape. Another review had a similar issue. If you consider buying this as a gift, go somewhere else. Nordstrom is selling those damaged ones online.

This is a totally luxurious and convenient size to give a perk up to the hands during the day, and add a wonderful fragrance - not greasy, just soaks into skin.

Packaging was terrible. Bought it for a gift but will be returning. Dents and visible scratches all over.

I should have read reviews but didn’t think it was necessary as this is a product I use often. I, too, bought this tube of had cream for a gift and the way it was delivered was embarrassing. It was floating around all by itself in a box 10x its size upon arrival. Tube was crinkled and looked like it had lived in the bottom of my handbag for ages. Not exactly how I wished to gift something to someone. Disappointing.

The product inside the tube is fine, y'all. Smells wonderful, works just as well as if the tube was baby smooth. This scent is perfection, and I pair the hand cream with the liquid balm of the same scent.

Like many other reviews, I have a problem with. the design and function of the tube. It arrived all looking damaged (crinkled, crumpled, I don't know how to even describe..! It's a metallic tube, not plastic, and it looked like a used item.) It's also not super moisturizing. But it's better than the other ones I have recently tried (Aesop, Clarins, and a few other things from Amazon). The scent seems different from the Santal 33 perfume (the end note is very different, and it does not smell the same if you smell your hand after applying the cream), but it lingers long and it's not overpowering. I wish it came in a different packaging, but I will keep it.
