What it is: A rich cream with meadowfoam seed oil that hydrates hands and leaves them smelling great.
Fragrance story: Santal 33 combines a mix of cardamom and notes of iris and violet, which crackle in the formula. Added to this smoking wood alloy of Australian sandalwood and cedarwood are some spicy, leathery, musky notes to give Santal 33 its signature and addictive comforting scent.

Arrived with dents all over the plack
Bought as a gift, arrived with dents and in horrible shape. Another review had a similar issue. If you consider buying this as a gift, go somewhere else. Nordstrom is selling those damaged ones online.

terrible appearance
I should have read reviews but didn’t think it was necessary as this is a product I use often. I, too, bought this tube of had cream for a gift and the way it was delivered was embarrassing. It was floating around all by itself in a box 10x its size upon arrival. Tube was crinkled and looked like it had lived in the bottom of my handbag for ages. Not exactly how I wished to gift something to someone. Disappointing.

Lovely Scent
The product inside the tube is fine, y'all. Smells wonderful, works just as well as if the tube was baby smooth.
This scent is perfection, and I pair the hand cream with the liquid balm of the same scent.

Very good but with some problems
Like many other reviews, I have a problem with. the design and function of the tube. It arrived all looking damaged (crinkled, crumpled, I don't know how to even describe..! It's a metallic tube, not plastic, and it looked like a used item.) It's also not super moisturizing. But it's better than the other ones I have recently tried (Aesop, Clarins, and a few other things from Amazon). The scent seems different from the Santal 33 perfume (the end note is very different, and it does not smell the same if you smell your hand after applying the cream), but it lingers long and it's not overpowering. I wish it came in a different packaging, but I will keep it.
