Sand in My Boots Boot (Women)

I got the correct boot once, but it was too big. I’m a 8.5 in street shoes and needed a 6.5 in this boot. When I ordered the 6.5, I was surprised it was a weird gray color? Looked plastic ? The logo wasn’t right ? Some return fraud was likely afoot. I called customer service, and the put a note on the return that the boot was fake. I reordered the boot, and that exact same boot was delivered to my door. Same box, same boot, exactly how I packed it the first time. Weeks wasted on this order and it was supposed to be the boot for my wedding. Nordstrom didn’t offer any compensation for the hassle. I’m so disappointed in this company. Beware of fraudulent products, and don’t expect them to do anything if you do in fact get a fake item. They don’t care and will resell it to the next customer.
