The Perfect T-Shirt

I bought three different colors in this top. Unfortunately, even though I followed the washing instructions exactly, the shirts shrank in both length and width. I tried to return to Nordstrom, but their return policy has changed DRASTICALLY. I always chose to shop with Nordstrom because they stood by the quality of their products. However, when I told the salesperson the tops had shrunk--and we compared them to another like them in the store; I was told that Nordstrom does not accept items that have been washed or worn. Even though the shirts were proven to be defective, I was also told that I have only 7 days to return items even if they are defective. Since the weather had just warmed up enough to wear the shirts, I had not washed them yet. Very disappointed in this new policy!!
