Not Impressed with this brands shipping department
This vendor ships directly to Nordie customers & they’re not doing a great job of reading the order form. I was sent a MEDIUM when I ordered a SMALL (yes, I doubled checked to make sure I ordered the correct size), so I’ve had to do an online return, place my order all over again & now I have to spend my own money to package up their mistake & use my gas to trek 5 miles to the nearest FEDEX office. Not impressed One People! We’ll see if they get it right this time. By the way, they literally stuffed the one piece long sleeved boiler suit into an envelope so small that any normal vendor would only ship underwear in, literally not even an 8x10 plastic envelope, so once opened the suit was wrinkled and needs steaming before you can even tell if it’s going to look good on or not. Fabric is Nordie quality but I’m not sure One People customer service is going to be up to Nordie standards. Time will tell.
