Bought this hat for holiday in Amalfi. Got this hat out the door and the brim started to unravel. Without even touching it, the brim continued to unravel layer by layer until there was almost nothing left.
I have emailed Nordstrom customer service to ask for a refund. This item isn’t even worth the return because it is going straight in the garbage. Very unfortunate because this is a pretty hat.
