So pretty, versatile, and Flattering!
I got the dark brown suede and it is absolutely stunning right out of the box. I made sure to do a suede protectant right away to keep them looking perfect, I absolutely love this boot. I have small calves, so this is one of the few boots that I didn’t have a lot of space around my calf, which I love! I’m usually a 9 or 9 1/2 and I got the 9 but my left foot wishes that I would’ve gotten the 9 1/2. However suede usually has some give so I think after a couple wears and a little break in it will be perfect. I am 58 and the boot ends a little bit below my knee by a few inches. The perfect fall/winter boot, super versatile, I know I will get a ton of wear out of.

The shoe itself fit fine which is why I put true to size. It’s the calf circumference. I ordered a wide calf & it was NOT wide calf at all. I see the standard circumference for this boot is 13-14. Wide calf is probably 15.

LOVE but too tall for petite women
These boots are absolutely gorgeous - I love them, but sadly had to returning. I'm 5'1" and 100 lbs and the shaft height of these boots is just too tall for me. They would be 5 stars otherwise.

Beautiful boots!
I ordered the black leather boots in my normal size (6) and they fit perfectly! The leather was perfect-not as the other reviewers mentioned about the leather being worn looking. I have small calves and these boots don’t leave a big opening around my calves which I like. They are comfortable and the heel height is perfect for me. The only con I have about these is they have half zippers on them making it harder to put on and take off. I have another Sam Edelman pair very similar to these and the zipper goes all the way up and down the boot. Overall, beautiful boots!
