Both pockets torn inside
I am beyond upset, I bought this coat as a gift to my daughter and cost me nearly 50$ to mail it to canada and she in turn so upset to discover both pockets tor on the inside. The coat was was exactly what she wanted but ......

Warm!!!
This coat saved me in freezing Montana weather - and I love it for chilly soccer games. Warm and cozy - True to size but may run a little big. I’m 5’3 and usually a small - I bought a small and could have maybe gone with an xs. Happy!
