Large Priya Woven Leather Tote

The bag arrived damaged the first time and I had a replacement sent. The replacement arrived used in a plastic bag (dust bag inside out, dirt in the bag, no price tag attached, decal scratched). Customer service won’t offer a replacement so I’m returning it and price matching to buy it at Macys. Hopefully you don’t receive either of the returns I had to send back if you purchase from Nordstrom’s!

I absolutely adored this bag but had to return it after a month due to the seam breaking down after normal wear and tear. I took back to Nordstrom to see if they could repair it but because of the type of stitching they were unable to.
