The coat came with a cut in the fabric, behind the pocket. I had to returned. I had no problem with the return.

Nice but..
The coat was nice and seems like it would be very warm. I ended up returning it for two reasons. First the color was more almond and I really wanted a more off white/true ivory. I still probably would have kept it but the hood was overwhelmingly huge. I knew I couldn’t manage it and it wasnt removable so I decided to return it.

This coat runs 1-2 sizes too big, the hood is massive and the fit is not flattering at all. Very bulky with no shape. I will be returning for these reasons.

Warm coat in a nice color (I bought the dark orchid), but it didn't fit right around the hemline and bottom snap. It seemed like the lining was not the same size as the outside of the coat and was pulling.
