Extremely Thin/Cheap
The material is so paper thin, it reminds me of the dollar store plastic table clothes or a really cheap rain jacket. It is literally one thin piece of fabric and the waist of the skirt is also cheaply made. The colours and design is as exactly as pictured and that’s the only redeeming quality of this skirt.
