Buyer beware!
The quality control of Nordstrom has shocked me. I paid full price ($140+tax) and received a stained, and smelly dress. The only solution from calling in to customer service was new dress or dry cleaning. I explained I was on time crunch and yet, only offered dry cleaning refund. The state of the dress warranted another solution. I went to store to show the gown, still only solution was to return with no offer to expedite shipping (only some items have expedited shipping). I was finally told that they would expedite shipping from ATX store, a new order would be placed, and I have not received any word on new order. So so disappointed. Always check your online orders.
