Belted Wool Blend Coat

I thought this coat would be lighter in color. Definitely different than what is shown for the product. I took a picture with my dark brown couch and a camel colored bag to show how the coat compares. I can fit a thicker sweater underneath, but the armpit area is snug. The torso area gives me plenty of room. It is a larger fit in this section. I’m pear shaped so works for me. ’m 5’2’ and it hits me in the middle between my calf and ankle. I got it on sale. Still undecided if I’m going to return. Don’t like the color, but I do like the fit.

Seems like nice quality, but unfortunately I couldn’t find a size that worked for me. I’m usually a medium so I tried size 8 and the body fit well but sleeves were too tight on me. I want to make sure that I can swear sweaters when I’m wearing a coat. I tried size 10 and the body was too big and sleeves were still too tight for my comfort.

Comfortable, deep pockets, very elegant fit and helps dress up any outfit. Bought this at 30% off which was great for the 60%+ wool use. Other brands have coats for similar cost but less wool and more polyester. Normally size 4 (5’3, 34B, 130lbs) but bought a size 6 and it fits perfect so I would size up if you’re in between sizes. Only slight downside is there is slight shoulder padding. It still looks nice but keep in mind if you want more an oversized, baggy look.

This coat is really pretty and fits well, except for the snap, that you can't really see in the photos provided online. If the coat is left open, the snap shows and it cheapens the look of the whole coat. Even my 13-year old daughter came in while I was trying it on and said "Ew, that looks terrible. Why didn't they just put a button there instead?" My thoughts exactly! I will be returning the coat.
