I love a square toe boot, but these were not comfortable on the leg and the toe seems unnecessarily elongated. The fit was true to size, quality is great, heel felt sturdy and stable to walk on. Sadly the shaft for me is a couple inches too tall, hitting at a wider and less flattering place on the leg. It also felt very stiff, fine standing still but it dug into the calf when walking. For some reason the toe is much longer than need be even though the size is right. It would have been a chic and sexy shape, but instead looked like duck feet. Probably still pretty in a size 6, but not flattering in a size 9. Most women don't want their feet to look bigger. Returned and found a very similar style where the toe is perfectly squared like these but not stretched; those are just as comfy and much more flattering.
