Received worn
When I purchase a new pair of shoes, I expect them to be exactly that…NEW. The left boot was in perfect condition. The right boot was received with scuff marks & discoloration. And of course, my size and color are now sold out. I’m not sure if the boot was used as a display at some point, tried on several times, is defect, or who knows.

Quality wise, these look like a beautiful boot. I think you have to evaluate what you’re looking for in a bootie to determine if these would be a great fit for your closet.
I wear a size 10 in flat shoes and an 11 in most heels or boots. The 11 was comfortable, but with thicker socks, the 11 may have felt too snug. You may want to consider a half size up from what you typically wear.
The heel height was a turn off for me - the slope and pointed toe looked way too formal for a casual boot, in my opinion. I also have wider calves. The fit was fine, because they are not tall enough for the shaft to be an issue. However, with a wider calf, the height of the boot cuts in a weird “not short but not tall” spot, and can call attention to wider calves or shorter legs. The design is beautiful on a shelf, but didn’t feel practical for someone that’s not instafamous.

So nice, but heel too high for me!
Had to try, but this 3.5 inch heel is just too high and I say why?! Why wouldn’t 3 inch be enough. Bummer. Sesame suede is beautiful and soft. Although I do think this is one of those fake stacked heels, not a quality true stacked heel like Rag & Bone for example. I must return.

Incorrect heel height.
The item is described as a 3.5 inch but that is incorrect. I measured the heel height of the boots I received, and it is close to 5 inches. I had to have known by the stock photo. No way that's a 3.5-inch heel. The footbed has a downward slope with no support. I'm basically walking on the balls of my feet which causes pain. The leather is nice, and the color of warm copper is beautiful for a fall wardrobe, but the heel height is just too high for comfortable everyday wear. These are going back!

Heel height is inaccurate
I love these boots but the height of the heel is way closer to 4”-4.5”. It’s too high for casual wear and all day wear for me. The warm copper was really beautiful and I loved the pull detail. Just wish the heel height was accurate. I’m a 9 on most shoes and ordered a 9. It would be fine with regular socks but if you like a thick sock or have wider feet, I’d size up.
