This silk tie arrived rolled up in a plastic baggie. No box. Unacceptable Nordstrom for a designer item. I will return and order directly from Ferragamo.

love the pattern but came rolled up

Disappointed in Nordstrom’s handling of this designer item. I read a review on here about the same experience. What happened to presentation or keeping the tie in its original packaging? I also bought shoes the other day online from the rack online and it came very used looking. Nordstrom fix your quality assurance in online order packaging. People like me shop at your store for the experience and care of handling of the items. Might as well go directly to the brand.
