Nasty experience
I bought two pairs of shoes. For the first purchase, I was helped by someone named Uncle Charlie I’m not sure if his name was Charlie, but his badge definitely said “Uncle.” He was very unpleasant: rushed, pushy, and with a bad attitude. Because of that, when buying the second pair I decided to switch salespeople, and I was assisted by a very kind salesperson. But if it had been up to the first salesperson, I would never return to Nordstrom it was quite a traumatic experience.
