I love my new Salomon boots.
At first I had to change the size, but I finally got the right ones and I love them. I already have the speedcross 5, but these new beauties will make me reach the mountains I’m looking forward to hike, and also care about my feet and ankles. I don’t have to care about the weather. These are the perfect boots.

Excellent New York boot
These boots are very comfortable especially for the New York streets and they are a head turner. Please make more colors of these boots, I was looking for a boot that nobody has and I just found my new favorite brand

I love my new Salomon boots.

Heavy Duty
Great boots! A little heavy for me, I’m 5’3 115lb. A bit difficult to remove, but overall great grip, and water proofing. Absolutely great for outdoor activities like hiking and scaling.

Quest Gore-Tex Advanced 1
Over the moon. These have been great boots through all seasons. I hope they keep this model running until my old ones wear down. Will be back for these again.

Awesome fit, some minor things to note
Like always, I wear Salomon and instantly feel comfort. I've been on 4 hikes in them and they perform exactly how my previous Quest 4 GTX. There is few minor things, I would like to point. I bought this because they are saying about harsh winter conditions. I doubt that, they don't have any insulation. I've been on 3 snow hikes with temperatures ranges from -3°C to -10°C and I wore heavy wool socks. And they were fine while I moved. But when I stopped and stayed at one place for 20 minutes I can start feeling a little bit cooler spots on my feet. Waterproofing is great. I am not fan of lacing system. The old one I like more. I show difference on pictures. Loops at corner now completely enclosed, hard to unlace them to take off boots. I know it is different model, but still. Also they covered laces with band of fabric (see pic), it is hard to attach gaiters to laces. Normally I wear 12 US size, I ordered 13, and they are perfect for me. Enough room for socks and when I descend my toes are safe. Overall good impression

Obsessed.
I bought these boots because I wanted something that would withstand long hikes at any time of the year in Canada, but I also wanted something stylish enough to wear around the city. These are the perfect boot in my opinion. The ONLY difference I could perceive between these and the classic Quest 4 is the grip. The Gore-Tex keeps them clean too! Big fan.

Perfect Fit
I’ve worn these on about nine hikes, and they are extremely comfortable very much waterproof and I would highly recommend them.
