Damaged item received
I ordered this pair of sneaker for my daughter’s birthday. Upon opening it , we noticed the right side shoe was worn and dirty. Also the laces were undone.
I would like to know how this is acceptable. This item was not discounted, nor was it disclaimed to be a floor sample / previous returned item etc. This is a designer pair of shoes, very unprofessional to send out a worn / damaged item. All damage is very visible. And my card was already charged for this item!!!!!!!!!!

A Bit Too Tight!
I bought this sneaker because it was a nice change from a classic white. It definitely grabbed my attention, but it wasn’t over-the-top. The shoe was a bit too snug for me, but the size was just right, and the support was surprisingly good. I’ll have to return it! (Sigh!)
