I used this purse maybe 3 or 4 times after my purchase. Only ad an evening bag also. The strap clasp broke off almost immediately. Is it possible to get YSL to replace the strap? For such an expensive bag it was a surprise to see this happen . Thanks so much

I love the Toy Loulou so much that I have it in 4 colors. It’s perfect for those times when you want a smaller bag to carry just the essentials. It comfortably fits my iPhone 14 Pro Max (without my Otterbox case) in either the front or back section. I can also fit a small pouch (with lotion, lipstick, and lip balm), my MAC powder compact, flat tissue pack, card holder, and key fob.

This is my favorite designer purchase I have made in a long time. I definitely will use this as a more casual bag but I love that the strap is not a chain and the bag is small enough to take for game days, errands, etc. Can definitely dress up or down. I love the suede. Love love love!!!
