Small Envelope Calfskin Leather Shoulder Bag

This bag was a tremendous disappointment from start to finish. I was eagerly awaiting the arrival of this bag. When it arrived, I opened the Nordstrom box to find a $2700 bag simply thrown in the cardboard box in a plastic bag. No paper wrapping. No protection. The chain was loosely clinking around. I thought, surely the dust bag was tucked inside. No dust bag was included. Given there was no protective packaging, I can only assume this was a return. As for the actual bag, it’s smaller than it looks. I had checked the measurements and thought I was prepared but it’s more like a WOC. A small wallet won’t fit, you have to use a card case. As far as the length, it’s great for petite people about 5’1. If you’re tall, I think you will hate it. As far as quality I was unimpressed for the price point. It feels like plastic. The only positive is the color. It’s a pretty taupe color. Thats pretty much it. At this price, there are higher quality designer bags out there. It’s going back tomorrow. Such a disappointment.
