Sadly returned

I'm usually a size 8 in pumps. But I ordered the 8.5 since it sizes small. What a dissappoitment! The fit was off. Tight in the front so painful for my toes and there was space between the heel and the back of my foot. Saint Laurent, how can you do that?? I returned it. The shoe itself was a classic beautiful pump. It was a birthday gift. So sad I could not keep it.
