Too Bad
This is a beautiful bag, no doubt. It's really a shame that it has a major design flaw. The chain slides around and will not stay in any position you put it in. There are no 'stops'. Besides this, the bag is heavy and the weight of the chain together make it a very hefty piece, even empty. It slides off your shoulder constantly. Also, the YSL clasp does not stay shut and your clothing catches constantly on the 'L" at the bottom. For such a lovely piece, you would think someone at the factory would have paid more attention to making the bag truly functional instead of just pretty.

Beautiful, classic, elegant, chic bag!
This bag will hopefully last me a lifetime - it is SUCH a classic! I adore YSL and I love what Hedi Slimane has done with the brand. This bag holds all daily essentials but would easily transition to a night out. The quality of the leather is breathtaking. I bought this in black, and it is so rich looking; I'm in love! And I LOVE the fact that I can easily wear this bag THREE different ways: crossbody, over the shoulder with the long strap, or over the shoulder with the strap shortened. Fantastic!

classic beauty with practical space
I have been obsessed with this bag and have stalked it for a while. What tipped me over was the versatility in how it can be worn. I don't particularly enjoy holding a bag would prefer it on my shoulder even at night. The gold chain for me was a must have. I was torn that it maybe too "grown up" for me but honestly not. It look stunning worn. Leather is sumptuous. Over the shoulder, cross body, double strap AND if you really want to hold it minus chains, the chains can be pulled into the bag for a clutch feel. Love love!

Chic, classic and transitional
Hedi Slimane's careful attention to edginess, femininity and detail are showcased in this bag. The leather and the hardware are both immaculate. Worth every penny!
