This bag is beautiful and the leather is really nice but my only issue with this bag is it’s really tiny and the photo looks like it’s a tad bigger. I’m sorry I had to return it but just too small for me

Bad packaging
Considering that I bought an expensive bag, the packaging was horrible. I received the bag without the original designer bag boxes and minimum protection to keep the bag safe inside the cardboard box. I won't be buying anything expensive from nordstrom again.

One of my most used bags
This is by far my second-most-used bag, after my Longchamp work tote! It’s the perfect size to fit the bare minimum, I can wear it on one shoulder or cross body (I am 5’3”), and it works with both business casual and business formal outfits. I purchased mine a few years ago and it still looks good as new. I would recommend this bag in a heartbeat! Also, I have the black leather with gold hardware version.
