beautiful bag- poor Nordsrom service
The bag was absolutely gorgeous. Came in a plastic bag in a brown box with no dust bag. When I returned it, the sales manager (who happened to be from fine jewelry) looked me up and down and asked me where the Dustbag was. No apologies for them not sending me a designer bag without the accessories and wasting my time driving over to return it. Do better with customer service Nordstrom.
