Short strap length
Wanted to love this bag for spring/summer. I found the strap not long enough to wear crossbody comfortably. Looked cute as a shoulder bag but I wanted versatility. The size was great. Held the basics. The front fastener was a great design. Took me a few minutes to figure out how it fastened.
Clever! Had to return because of the strap length.
