Gift for girlfriend
I purchased this purse as a gift for my girlfriend's 30th birthday and to say she loved it, and has loved it, would be an understatement. She adores the black on black look and treats this purse better than me now. I think she has named it, and she has told me to never let it touch the ground. I can't blame her, and more women have come up to her and complimented her on the bag than came up to me as a single man holding a Golden Retriever puppy at a sorority party. For comparison's sake for the men out there, this is like getting a fully loaded Ford Raptor 5.0L V8, and having Kate Upton hand you the keys. I still can't properly pronounce "Yves," but I can pronounce "super happy girlfriend."

poor quality
Poor quality. After a few uses (and I baby my bags) one of the corners is wearing off and the bag is wrinkly. Nordstrom refuses to allow a return and only offered to send it in to be fixed, but this will undoubtedly happen again and again. Heartbroken that the quality is so cheap and not a durable bag. Will not be purchasing a designer bag from Nordstrom again.

the black chain chips
It’s a gorgeous bag, but the chain strap is already chipping! I’ve only carried it 3 times! I can’t believe a bag that costs over $2,000 has a chain strap that is painted black. I am unfortunately going to return it.

Edgy YSL
This bag is gorgeous. Everything about it stands out. Super roomy, supple leather and absolutely adore the black on black. Doesn’t scream YSL!
However, after two months of using it, the chain broke. Also, I noticed from switching the bag from a longer almost crossbody strap to a double strap often it started making the black color on the chain wear off. For almost 2200$ out the door this shouldn’t be happening. Sadly I had to send it back and now I’m wondering if I just got a faulty bag, or if others have experienced this issue as well.
Contemplating buying it again. I really adore it, just wish it was made a bit better to withhold daily usage.

Disappointing purchase
My bag has been used a total of 4 times, for a few days each time. The leather is now wrinkling terribly, one area in particular. I've contacted YSL to no avail. Having many high end and even low end bags, this is not normal. I can see slight
creasing/indentations due to the design, but not this. YSL does not stand behind their products and couldn't care less about this issue. This isn't my first YSL, but it will be my last. If these things don't bother you, it's a great bag. However, for 3K I don't want excessive wrinkling on the leather.

Lovely Bag
I love this bag. It hold a lot and it's not too heavy compared to other bags this size. The only thing is that with this bag the corners at the bottom to wear out very fast. However, it's not very noticeable so other people don't see it. But once you see it you won't be able to unsee it.

nice leather but bad design
Got this black in black. Great leather and debating between medium and small. I was skeptic medium will be too big and bulky esp as crossbody. Actually when I got in person, it was not that big. It’s quite a perfect size. The only thing i realized that the black chain overtime will chipped as it rubs on the hardware. Was listening to a few bloggers online and said same thing on their about this design (color). Sadly, have to return it.
