Lou Mini Matelassé Leather Camera Bag

I have been following this bag for almost a year, comparing sizes and watching others reviews. Finally took the bullet and ordered one in asphalt grey as soon as it was back in stock. Then the moment of truth arrived. It was beautiful! Packages with care by Nordstrom in the black drawstring bag. I eagerly opened up and attempted to wear it as I normally would my other cross body bags. I guess my torso is longer than others, and it didn't fit right on me. It was also too small, it barely fit my wallet, phone, lip stick, and keys. Sadly, it has to go back. All that time waiting and dreaming :(

I was so happy to find a YSL bag w/“silver” tone hardware. I love the mix of chain and leather on the strap to make it more durable but yet chic enough to pair w/even wear. The material felt & looked luxurious. Unfortunately it was a wee bit too small for me to fit my iPhone, larger sized wallet and keys so I had to return it. BUT I miss it.

Camera bag is able to fit an iPhone and some smaller accessories. Quality of material is very sturdy and bag can easily transition from day to night. I’m 5’10 and the strap was long enough for me which is why I ultimately chose this bag over the Saint Laurent Monogramme quilted leather wallet on chain. Although that bag was gorgeous, the chain was just too short. Also want to give a shout-out to YSL rep Kobe at UTC! So pleasant to shop with as he helped me select my first designer bag. Did not pressure me at all and was just as excited for me as I was for myself LOL. I’m incredibly happy and confident with my purchase.
