How does Nordstrom believe it’s okay to send a dirty used purse out in an order???

Very disappointed
I have been eyeing this handbag for a long time and when it arrived I was beyond disappointed. Saint Laurent has such beautiful items but unfortunately their quality in many items seems to be going down hill. The lining on the leather was already peeling in multiple places, there are white marks by the logo, and the YSL logo looks discolored. This is not Nordstrom quality fault but Saint Laurent’s. Needless to say, I will be returning this purchase.
