i received the parcel all wet, no dust bag, no tag, the metal area has no longer a plastic to cover and the bag icon is clearly grey-ish like being used before. The way Nordstorm sent the bag to me like a cheap bag which I paid in luxury price. I called the sales consultant that helped with the order and she is kind enough to assist on replacing a new one for me. I am upset on how Nordstorm allows that quality of parcel to be send to a customer without checking. I am glad that Beth has assisted me, at least i feel someone in Nordstorm still really doing their work.

I was Looking for a nice green handbag for evening use that was small and simple but big enough for a phone, sunglasses, lipstick and tissues and without a huge logo. I started looking for more of an emerald or forest green, but ended up with this, more neutral olive color. Even though the top is pretty open, with all my things inside, turned upside down, nothing fell out. The biggest detriment is the cost, seems way overpriced, but what isn’t these days.
