It’s beautiful and buttery soft so it scratched easily. Every time I put it on i have to make sure the straps are even and not twisted if not you’ll be wearing it lop sided.

This backpack is buttery soft and the quality is amazing. The front pocket is is large enough for my phone, keys, AND sunglasses. I wanted the Chanel Gabrielle backpack which is discontinued, but this one is more functional and much more affordable. I also love that when you put the backpack on your back the chains act like a drawstring to close the bag. It also has an inside zip pocket for storage and is very roomy. This bag is perfect for being handsfree especially during this crazy pandemic.
