Baby Sac de Jour Grained Leather Top Handle Bag

I ordered this bag 3 weeks ago. It shipped significantly later than order date, then kept getting back ordered with the shipping date pushed out 3 times. After a visit to the store, the associate indicated that there is nothing to be done aside from canceling and ordering a new bag. Again. After the order finally went through it was declined by my credit card because the merchant was sending incomplete order information. I sorted out the issues with the bank, placed the order (again) and FINALLY received the bag (3 weeks after original order date). Guess what? It’s missing a shoulder strap. This is getting returned and I am NOT placing another order with Nordstrom. How extremely disappointing that the customer experience with so much opportunity to turn positive never did. Shame.

Love this bag, the strap length is perfect (I am 5’7”), and the color of the bag is just as pictured. I bought it in-store and the associate almost forgot to give me the strap, so make sure you have yours. It’s the perfect chocolate brown, I get tons of compliments on this handbag. The shape has held up well over the past few months. The leather is soft and the zipper color is a nice dull gold which compliments the color of the bag.
