Nordstrom is not high end anymore
Honestly I use to love having a Nordstrom credit card and felt like Nordstrom was a big deal retail store. That has changed over the years. For the price of the luxury items that you pay for, you would think they would send you the correct item you paid for. I received totally different sunglasses not even close to the pair I ordered. I don’t even want a replacement just a refund. Shipping back the incorrect order to get a full refund. Trust the reviews and don’t buy! Go into the store instead. Plenty of reviews of others saying the same thing. Nordstrom is too big of a chain to make these consistent mistakes

The shades were cute and I really wanted to enjoy them, except the arms of the sunglasses were slightly bent? So was it used?? Also way bigger on my face than I anticipated
