Nice skirt but received worn, again
I’ve been a Nordstrom customer for years & I’ve never experienced what has been occurring lately. Also, in reviews, noticing others having same issues.
For the past year+ I’ve been having to order merchandise via mail & shockingly to have, in so most cases, receive items visibly worn/damaged. Even though I’d report all incidents to Nordstrom immediately upon receipt, in most cases that’d result in Nordstrom inability to fulfill a replacement due to my size/color being unavailable. Incredibly infuriating & inconvenient!
As someone with experience in Retail Industry, Nordstrom should certainly have far better quality control in place. Never should such happen, for worn items to be accepted by Nordstrom staff. Much less, in turn, customers then being mailed the very same merch. e.g. stained, ripped, obvious shoe bottoms scraped, etc. Unless a manf. defect, items should never be taken back in such condition & then resold. It makes customers apprehensive to even order merch. at all. Nordstrom, do better!
As for the skirt, it’s nice. Light but lot of fabric & long (I’m 5’6” for ref.). The slit is high which I liked but might too high for some. Overall, a pretty skirt.
