Wrong shoes
I ordered these online because I had purchased a pair in-store and love everything about them. They were delivered timely but Nordstrom sent me TWO right shoes. So I had to order again (this time to pick up in person), which is taking more of my time. And when I called the 888 number, Ms. AI was sooo unhelpful. Nordstrom customer service is certainly decreasing substantially.

Sofft needs to make size 10.5
These were beautiful shoes. Sofft needs to make size 10.5, 10 is too tight and 11 is flopping off my feet. It’s too bad because Sofft shoes are well padded and comfortable. They were always my go to brand when I was younger and me feet were smaller.
