Period & Leakproof Regular Absorbency High Waist Briefs

I was so excited to try these as I have had trouble with pads leaking at times. After reading the reviews I thought this would be a great solution, but they did not work! I wore mine for the first time toward the end of my period, since I knew the bleeding would be minimal. I never really felt dry, and with in an hour, there were leaks on either side of the gusset, where it's sewn to the outer fabric. Thank goodness I'd brought a pad just in case! Very disappointed.

I've only tried one other period panty brand (3 different models/styles) and found them to be just okay. I am SO glad I decided to give these a try. I love the pretty, retro style. The "pad" area is very light and comfortable, hardly feels like more than regular underwear. I was skeptical about the light pink panties since they are period panties, but the "pad" area is black, FYI. I only wore these on a very light day so I cannot attest to how well they will hold up with a heavy flow, but these are super comfortable and lovely panties that I would buy again, period or regular panties. (I sized up like others recommended, and the fit was perfect!)

I put these period panties on a few hours ago, and have had a wedgie (or they’re riding up on one side of my behind) the whole time. It’s like they need to be cut just a little wider right at the top of the absorbent part in the back. I would not be comfortable using these overnight as my sole method, but I really got them as a backup for my cup. The band at the top also rolls down when I sit and also gives me a bit of muffin top. I’ve got a bit of a Mom-bod, but am not overweight. Maybe I needed to size up?? They otherwise fit fine though. I followed the size chart when ordering.

I love this underwear. I don't usually choose briefs or high waist styles, but I tried it because I liked the idea of more coverage for an absorbent product. I was very pleasantly surprised by how comfortable these are, and how beautiful I feel wearing them. The lace is incredibly soft and stretchy. I got them to wear as a backup with my cup, but I wear them by themselves toward the end of my period and they do a great job alone, too.
