Period & Leakproof Light Absorbency Lace Hipster Panties

I've recently gotten into weight lifting and have had a few leak issues with heavier squats and deadlifts (even after using the restroom before). Nothing like running to the bathroom after a heavy lift! I asked around at my gym about what the other ladies do. One literally keeps a towel with her just in case. No one had any good suggestions.
