Great all around shoe.
Great all around three season shoe. I plan to wear these with leggings, jeans, wide leg sweats. They will go with everything in my closet for fall, winter, early spring. The zip makes it easy to get on/off quickly.

Cute, comfy, roomy, some arch support
I have searched high and low for a boot like this so I feel compelled to help others looking for the right boot. First, this boot is very cute on. Very happy with the look. I got an 8W. So often I get size 8 these days and the shoe is too short so I have to size up to 8.5; but this was a true 8. And I am so grateful for the wide option. The boot provides the space in the toe box that I need for my bunions and neuromas. No scrunching of toes. It's actually quite roomy. I wore a wool sock, not too thick. I could probably wear a thicker sock. I have gotten other boots in wide and the heel for some reason also was wide (too wide). This heel is not too wide. You also can remove the sole to put in your own orthotics if needed. I find that the boot has just enough arch support so that I don't need to put my orthotics in. I have worn them only once so I don't know how they will feel if I have to wear them all day doing a lot of walking, but for driving and running errands, they were perfect. I like them so much, I bought another pair and I have them in the tan color. Not sure when I will use the tan, but going to keep them! This was a hard to find boot that I highly recommend.

Did not fit right
I am a returning customer who have bought two pairs of the Rika Echo Knit slip ons, which I absolutely love so therefore I ordered the Rika Embrace ankle boot. This boot looks similar to the shoes so I thought that they would have a similar fit and I ordered the same size as the shoe but when I got the boots they were too big and your heel slips out it doesn't have very good stabilization for your ankle and I didn't find them comfortable. Unfortunately I ordered them when they were having a sale with no returns, so I can't return the boots. The only reason I even ordered them as a non return item, is because I thought for sure they would fit, because the shoes fit so well. I'm very disappointed. Overall I would order the shoes again but will not try any of their other products.

Not comfortable
This wasn’t the boot I was looking for. Years ago they made a slip on boot with a stretchy material on top that was extremely comfortable and easy to get on and off. This boot was no were as comfortable as the boot I wanted. It was hard to put on, and stiff.
