VA Patch Snapback Baseball Cap

I LOVE RVCA hats. I have purchased at least a dozen over the years. Until the last one, when I realized it was partially made of wool. I discovered this due to the hat smelling of old flop sweat! Even after multiple attempts to clean the hat, the unfortunate aroma was locked into the wool fibers so I had to toss the hat. In ordering a suitable replacement, I was sure to check the hat’s fabrication. The online description indicated 70% cotton, 30% polyamide. Well, I just received my delivery and this hat has the same fabrication (80% acrylic/20% wool) as the last one that I had to toss. Obviously this is not the end of the world, but it is very disappointing and a waste of time and resources for all parties. Just another edition of why shopping online simply cannot compare to the traditional brick and mortar experience. Unfortunately, my local store has an increasingly shrinking selection of inventory, particularly for men’s fashion accessories.
