Runyon High Waist Patch Detail Stripe Cotton Pants

I want to love these. But I cannot. I think Free People pants just don’t work on me. I’ve had two kids and weigh 155 and I’m 5’4”. I got a 10, and frankly I’m usually an 8. The waist was way too tight and accentuated my lower belly, and the pockets pulled. In addition, the pants were a solid 3” too long and because of the design would not be an easy mend. Also, the legs are VERY wide leg. Absolutely no give in the material. I ordered another pair of free people pants and have similar issues, so I think it’s the brand. Or it’s me. Either way, we aren’t a match. Sadly.

They fit differently.. you have totry different sizes. i love the pants to and understand the above cx commwnt. The 6 fit a little snug but could work the 8 was to tight and pockets gapped. So i am going to try the 12 and see if they work.

Look cute, but did not fit. I wear a size 6, or 28, in other Free People pants. These are huge and I thought maybe marked wrong. Cute pants, but run so big. I was going to try smaller size 2 or 4 but sold out.

Like other reviews these adorable pants are cut oddly. Ordered size 12 . I normally wear 10/12 depending on designer. The 12 in this item ran tight at the waist, no stretch. The upper hips and front bagged out. The lower hip too tight but rest of legs wide and long. What a disappointment. You have to be a certain shape / figure for these pants. Sending back.

Agree with someone who said the fit is big and small. Fots my waist just right then immediately balloons at the pockets and super wide beyond. The color is more accurate on the video, not the pictures. Do not buy if you’re 5’4” or shorter. Will be returning.

These are surprisingly cool and gorgeous! Intricate embroidery and needlework and patchwork - it looks like the wearable work of a fabric artist! Reminds me of Bode. Love! Too bad it runs a bit large - I usually wear 8, but I may be a 4 or 6 for this style. Otherwise it would have been a keeper!
