I had a terrible experience with Milla’s return process. I ordered a dress, never even tried it on, and sent it back immediately, only to have my return declined because they falsely claimed it was “damaged.” This is absolutely incorrect. After looking at other reviews, it’s clear that this is a common issue. Many customers have reported that Milla refuses returns by marking items as damaged without providing any explanation or proof. If they don’t want to accept returns, they should clearly state a no-refund policy instead of misleading customers and charging them for items they didn’t even wear. This is dishonest and unacceptable, especially for Nordstrom — a company known for great customer service. I’m extremely disappointed and will think twice before shopping here again. If you’re considering buying from Milla, be very careful because you might get stuck paying for something you never even used!
