More grey than blue
I ordered this for my granddaughter. It is a cotton linen; so when it's washed it would pucker until ironed. I returned it because the stripes on the romper were grey, not blue/navy. The bow is cute and navy--didn't match the romper. It looked like it would have been a roomy fit.
