I ordered two colors of the same dress. They arrived separately and neither was shipped carefully. The first box was crushed but the dress was in package and not damaged. The second box was also damaged but the dress was on a hanger and in a hanging bag. The bottom of the dress was filthy and the top was stretched. It actually looked like it had been shipped from a reseller to Nordstrom’s and then to me. Immediately sent back.
